Arundhathi. V is working as a project assistant in the Bamboo Technical Support Group (BTSG) - KFRI, under the guidelines of Dr. Sreekumar V B in the Department of Forest Botany.

Arundhathi has taken her graduation in Botony from the University of Calicut and her postgraduation in Biotechnology from the Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam.

Arundhathi joined the Bamboo Technical Support Group – KFRI in 2019 as a Project Assistant. Her duties include the collection and logging of experimental data, Field and plantation visits, preparation of handbooks and training manuals on various subjects like taxonomy and identification, propagation and nursery technology, establishment and management of plantations, and value addition through mechanization and preservative treatment under the guidelines of the BTSG Coordinator.
