Project: Bamboo Shoot Processing Facility
(Under the Annual Action Plan 2018-2019 of BTSG – KFRI)
Background:
Bamboo shoot processing industry uses a number of instruments for the processing- packing/preserving-of food materials.
Through the proposal it’s intended to establish such a facility for the training of stake holders and utilization by small scale units (if available).
Objectives:
- Purchase and installation of bamboo shoot processing equipments.
Expected output:
- A facility with machineries / equipment required for the processing of bamboo shoots.
Beneficiaries:
